It is always great when a child’s brother or sister starts at your centre. So we want to make sure that it is as simple as possible to share that with the parents. That means you can invite them with the same email address for each child, in the same straightforward way as you do for any child.

First of all, you should add both children and then send a separate invitation for each child to the same email address for that parent.

The parent needs to accept one invitation first (click the link in the email) and create an account. Then they need to go back to their email and accept the second invitation, logging in with the account they have already created.

If those steps are followed correctly then the parent will have access to both children. You would follow the same process for any more children that they have at your service.

When the parent accepts the second invitation, they would need to make sure that they respond correctly to the prompt confirming this is a different child. Otherwise the system will try to merge the new profile with the one they have for their other child.
