Here at Storypark, we do our best to look after all members of the Storypark family. So if you are unsure about how to do something in Storypark or have a question, there are plenty of resources available to help you out.
When you are logged into Storypark, there is a Need Help link down in the right hand corner.
No matter which page you are on in Storypark, when you click on this blue link it will come up with suggestions from our Help Centre that relate to the page you are on. Or you can search the Help Centre for helpful articles about everything you can do in Storypark. This can be done by clicking on the the Help Centre link. From how to add new children to welcoming parents, from teacher portfolios to reporting on learning tags, the articles have been created to help you get the most from Storypark. You can also access the Help Centre through our website by clicking on More and then Help Centre.
We have a great support team as well who are happy to answer any questions that you may have. You can either click on the “Ask a Question” link in Storypark, or you can email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. The more detail you can give us, the better we are able to help you.
